3D ONLINE CASINO A FIRST FOR THE INDUSTRY

The world’s next generation technology, a 3D casino, is in the development process with Barriere Interactive Gaming, a division of French hotel and casino group Lucien Barriere.

Company representative, Jonathan Stock says that the product will not only be a first in terms of online gambling but the software will also be capable of linking up with Sony Play Stations and the Xbox.

The company has ventured into the online sector in an attempt to gain ground lost to illegal online casino sites. Due to launch this month, the casino is called LeCroupier and is modeled on the group’s traditional bricks and mortar casino in Deauville.

The company’s website currently features a video trailer, screen shots and wallpapers to demonstrate the exceptional graphics that will be on offer within the 3D casino.
Interest has already been shown by two gaming console companies to convert the casino into a video game, but which companies exactly has been kept a closely guarded secret until the deal is signed.
